Return and Refund Policy

At AFYAH, your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand behind the quality and authenticity of our Yemeni-sourced honey. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return (if approved), your item must be:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging
     
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
     
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation
     

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges based on taste preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@afyah.com with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
     
  • Your order number
     
  • A brief explanation of the issue
     

We’ll assess the case and offer either a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability and the issue.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or incorrect item
     
  • Your order was lost in transit (after investigation with the shipping carrier)
     

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
     
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error
     

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or consumed products
     
  • Items returned without contacting us first
     
  • Items returned after 14 days
     
  • Digital gift cards
     

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so if you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately at info@afyah.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Entering the correct shipping address at checkout
     
  • Tracking the package once it ships
     

We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect shipping information.
