Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within the same business day if received before 3:00 PM local time. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include details about your purchase and an estimated delivery time.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Available Shipping Options: We offer various shipping methods, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Shipping options and rates are presented at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your package, as well as the delivery destination. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Shipping Times

  • Delivery Estimates: Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days. Please note that these times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods.
  • Business Days: Shipping times are calculated in business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your order.

5. Shipping Insurance

  • Optional Insurance: We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout. If you choose to purchase insurance, it will cover the replacement of items damaged during transit.
  • Claims: To file a claim for damaged items covered by insurance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide photos of the damaged items and packaging, as well as proof of insurance.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed or Missing Packages: If your package is delayed or missing, please reach out to our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve any issues.
  • Incorrect Address: If an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or additional costs. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

7. Address Changes

  • Updating Address: If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes before the order is shipped. Once an order is in transit, address changes may not be possible.

8. International Shipping

  • We don't offer international shipping to select countries.
